Our Farm
Bucks Haven Farm is a small, multi-discipline horse farm tucked into the rolling countryside of Highland, Maryland, right on the Montgomery–Howard county line. We keep the farm intentionally small so every horse is known by name — and every boarder feels like family.
Whether your passion is dressage, eventing, hunter/jumper, western, or simply an unhurried hack down a shaded trail, you and your horse are welcome here. Our boarders enjoy quality daily care, honest communication, and a barn culture built on respect for the horse.

Boarding
Every horse at Bucks Haven receives thoughtful, consistent care — the kind you'd give if you lived at the barn yourself.
Quality hay and grain tailored to each horse, stalls cleaned daily, fresh water always, blanketing and fly care with the seasons.
Generous daily turnout in small, compatible groups — with all-weather paddocks so horses still get out when the fields are resting.
We coordinate with your veterinarian and farrier, hold horses for appointments, and keep a close daily eye on every animal in our care.
